Eating Disorder Speciality

For adolescents and adults

There are a lot of people who struggle with liking their body, from nitpicking their flaws to resorting to extreme measures of weight management like dieting or purging. They often spend most of their days feeling like a failure, no one will like them unless they look a certain way because of their relationship with their body and food. Diet culture often validates these pursuits under the false promise that achieving this will give you the happiness you want. As an eating disorder specialist, I understand there’s a lot of fear around reaching out for help due to the stigma, confusion, and mixed messages sent by our society. That’s why I create a safe space to work through these important issues. For the past five years, I’ve been helping people find freedom from these harmful behaviors through a compassionate, empowering approach. I assist them in building a better relationship with their bodies and food so that they can experience the joy of rediscovering who they truly are.
